Entrance to the Welcome Reception is included in your registration fee. Additional tickets for the Friday evening Welcome Reception can be purchased for $50 each.

Industry Sponsors: For set-up and official Exhibit Hall hours, please refer to the service kit which is available and emailed out 30 days prior to the meeting start date.

Registration

The deadline for regular registration is Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central.

After 1/27/2026, late registration will be open through the end of the event.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SAU Executive Office no later than January 6, 2026. All refund requests will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made after January 6, 2026.
