Airport Information

Mandalay Bay is located on the South End of the Las Vegas Strip about 2 miles from the Harry Reid International Airport.

Rental Car Information

Avis® Rent-A-Car is the official rental car company for the SAU Winter Meeting. For reservations, please call (800) 331-1600, and use the code “J901055” to receive the discounted rates.

Shuttle/Taxi Service

Mandalay Bay does not offer a shuttle service.

Varieties of limousine services are available at Harry Reid International Airport, and are located on the north and west sides of baggage claim, outside door exits 8-14.

The Limousine service that we recommend is Executive Las Vegas. You may locate them at www.executivelasvegas.com or call our Concierge at 702 632 4760 or toll free at +1 877 305 3136.

The other option is a taxi which costs between $16-$20, for up to 5 people and will bring you directly to Mandalay Bay. Taxis are available outside on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-5. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers.

Parking

Parking fees may be higher during special events.

Self-parking is complimentary for MGM Rewards Members level Pearl and higher and valet parking is complimentary for MGM Rewards members level Gold and higher. All complimentary parking is subject to availability.

For registered MGM Resort property guests, the 24 hour parking fee (self or valet) includes “in and out” privileges at the guest’s originating MGM Resort property and also includes the same “in and out” parking privileges at any other MGM Resort property (depending on option selected at guest’s originating property) within the same 24 hour period, subject to availability.

Nevada residents receive up to 3 hours complimentary self-parking with valid Nevada driver’s license at exit gate.
